All photographers edit your photos.
Editing generally includes blending the exposures together to make up well exposed images so that the rooms look well illuminated and windows correctly exposed.
However, that is generally where editing ends.
This is not the case at Benchmark we take your images to the next level with AI Technology.
Once we have blended your images together we then improve the shot by retouching the images further.
Retouching may not be crucial when a property is fully styled however, if the property is lived in or only partially styled retouching does transform the images and overall presentation of the property quite dramatically as you will see in the examples below.
In the above example you will notice that the sofa to the left & red sofa to the right are quite large and take up too much space of the living area. To make the room far more attractive and spacious here is what we did:

Reduced the size of the couch left side and right side.

Improved the outdoor area by adding in green leaves grass.

Removed the cables and modem near and under the tv set.

We cleaned up the fridge and removed ugly shadows.
A tenanted property in this example there was too much clutter near the door and under the TV cabinet.
To make the room more attractive this is what we did:

Removed clutter under TV cabinet & near the door.

Removed the remote controls from table and added flowers

We added some greenery to the left side of the image.

Removed cords from the lamp left side.
The kitchen look too busy and the fridge was crowded with magnets. To make the kitchen appeal more this is what we did:

Removed all the fridge magnets & shadows.

We took out the kitchen appliances in the middle and between fridge and microwave and removed light spots.

We also removed some items out of the oven and stickers on the oven.
